The Dino Robot Factory walks children through and allows them to experience the process of creating a robot dinosaur. Along the way, they learn about the basics of design, automation, assembly and mechanics in a fun and exciting manner.
A travelling exhibition direct from Japan especially curated for young children.
- See a T-Rex come to life with the help of a special scope in the Data and Design Room
- Experience the animatronics building process with the skeletons of the dinosaurs in the Mechanical Assembly Room.
- Get to add “skin and muscle” to the skeletons in the Body Assembly Room
- Make a dinosaur move with the use of Kinect Sensors in the Control Room.
In addition to the exhibition, there will also be activities for public and workshops for school group bookings tailored for kids to allow them to further understand the basic engineering concepts behind the making of robot dinosaurs.
